Data processing agreement.
We process personal data only as a processor: on the client's behalf, for the purposes the client defines. The DPA puts that in writing before we load any real book.

What it covers
- Nature, scope, and duration of processing (per pilot or contract).
- Authorized subprocessors and how we notify you of changes.
- Technical and organizational measures (encryption, RLS, auditing).
- Response to incidents, breaches, and cooperation with authorities.
- Return or deletion of data at the end of the relationship.
