Terms of service.
During pilots, terms are agreed in writing with each client before real data is loaded. There are no standardized terms because there is no open sign-up yet.

What we normally sign
- Master services agreement (MSA) with pilot scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Data processing agreement (DPA) per the client's operation.
- Mutual NDA before sharing real data or detailed architecture.
